Transnational Contract Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Transnational Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting contracts that comply with international legal requirements, preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, and handling pleadings for US federal and foreign national courts. Communication with foreign national clients and providing legal support related to foreign law are also essential aspects of this role.

Responsibilities:

1. Drafting contracts that comply with international legal requirements.
2. Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
3. Drafting pleadings for US federal and foreign national courts.
4. Communicating effectively with foreign national clients.
5. Providing legal support related to foreign law.
6. Addressing foreign legal issues as they arise.
7. Preparing legal briefs and opinions related to international contract disputes.
8. Assisting the attorney in domestic cases.
9. Experience as a contract administrator or legal assistant working in contract drafting and assisting in litigation.
10. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Law or related field.
2. Strong understanding of international legal principles and practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
7. Experience with contract administration and litigation support preferred.
8. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
9. Familiarity with international business practices and cultures is a plus.
